Apply Keep retention now

Deletes recordings older than the Keep window set on each job (or the global Keep setting). Favorites are never expired. Runs daily at the configured maintenance hour automatically.

Run database clean up routine

Removes orphaned recording entries, stale episodes, and runs SQLite VACUUM.

Reload scheduled jobs

Reloads all active recording jobs from the database into the scheduler.

Rename recorded titles

Renames existing recording titles using the title format set in Settings.

Reset Favorites

Deletes all favourited episodes. This cannot be undone.

Check URLs streaming signal

Tests each station's stream URL and reports status.

Show broken URLs

Lists station stream URLs that are not responding.

Scan Media folder for new recordings

Scans the recordings directory and imports any unregistered MP3 files.
